Set your Steam inventory to public and add your Trade URL in your SkinCashier settings, then reload the page. Items that Steam doesn't let you trade yet, for example skins you received in a trade in the last 7 days, are shown locked.

How can we help?
Answers to the questions we get most often about selling, trade holds, payouts and your account.
Selling your items
We don't buy every item. Very cheap items, items with an unstable price, items released in the last two weeks and items we already hold too many of don't get an offer. After you sign in, you see a price only for the items we can buy.
Prices start from the item's Steam Community Market data and are checked against other markets, so they move with the market. They are lower than Steam Market listings because a Steam Market sale pays in Steam Wallet funds that can't be withdrawn, and we take on the cost and risk of reselling the item. You see the exact price of each item before you trade.
After you confirm the sale, our bot sends you one trade offer. Open it in Steam, check that it contains only the items you chose and that you aren't asked for anything else, then accept it and confirm it in the Steam Mobile app.
Not in one trade. CS2 items are covered by Steam's 7-day trade protection and items from Rust, TF2 and Dota 2 aren't, so they go in separate trades. You can sell both, one after the other.
Trade protection and trade holds
Because of Steam's trade protection. Since 2025, Steam lets the sender reverse a CS2 trade for 7 days, on every site. That's why we release the money for CS2 items when this period ends. CS2 items themselves are never put on a trade hold.
Steam holds Rust, TF2 and Dota 2 trades for up to 15 days when the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator hasn't been active on your account for 7 days. We can't accept a trade that would be held. Turn on the authenticator in the Steam Mobile app and sell once those 7 days have passed.
Steam shows it when you start a trade: a trade that would be held shows the number of days before it goes through. Our guide explains how to check your Steam trade hold step by step.
Payouts
When the money is released (CS2 items after Steam's 7-day trade protection, other items right after the trade), it goes to your SkinCashier balance, or straight to the payout method you picked when you sold. Payouts are sent automatically. How quickly the money arrives depends on the payout method. You can follow every payout on your Transactions page.
When a payout is declined or returned, the money goes back to your SkinCashier balance and we send you an email. Check your payout details, for example the PayPal email address or the crypto address, and withdraw again. If it fails again, write to us on the live chat.
Usually because the email address you entered isn't linked to a PayPal account. PayPal then holds the money until it's claimed. Check that you used the email address of your PayPal account. If it was wrong, write to us on the live chat.
We pay out Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin on their main networks. Ethereum payouts are in ETH only: no USDT or other tokens. Use a Bitcoin address that starts with 1, 3 or bc1q, and don't use an Ethereum smart contract address, which some exchanges and web wallets give you. The amount is converted at the exchange rate when the payout is sent, and the network fee is taken out of it.

Account and safety
Yes. You confirm every trade in the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator in the Steam Mobile app. If it hasn't been active for 7 days, Steam holds Rust, TF2 and Dota 2 trades, and we can't accept them.
To prevent fraud and money laundering, we may ask you for more information before a transaction goes through. If you don't complete the verification, the transaction can be stopped, as described in section 3.2 of our Terms of Service.
Sign in only through Steam's own login page, never share your Steam password or Steam Web API key, and check every trade offer in the Steam Mobile app before you confirm it. Be careful with anyone who messages you on Steam or Discord claiming to be SkinCashier support: our support is the live chat on skincashier.com and [email protected].
Our Terms of Service (section 2.6) list the countries and territories where SkinCashier can't be used. Some payout methods also aren't available everywhere: PayPal, for example, doesn't allow payouts to some countries.
