How selling works
Step 1
Login with Steam
Setup your account with your Trade URL & Email
Step 2
Browse your Inventory
Browse your inventory and see the price of every item before you sell.
Step 3
Show me the Money
Accept the trade offer and get paid via PayPal, crypto or another payout method of your choice.
Good to know before you sell
Most of our bad reviews start with a surprise. Here's what usually catches people off guard.
CS2 sales pay out after 7 days
Steam lets the person who sent a CS2 trade undo it for 7 days. Steam calls this trade protection. We send your money once those 7 days are over. Rust, Dota 2 and TF2 trades don't have this wait.
Less than Steam Market, but it's real money
On the Steam Market you get Wallet funds, Steam adds about 15% in fees on top of your price, and that money stays on Steam. We pay you to PayPal or crypto, and you see our price before you agree to anything.
We might ask for ID
It's how we keep fraud and money laundering out. Section 3.2 of our Terms of Service explains when we ask.

Staying safe
- Only sign in through Steam's own login page. Your password never reaches us.
- We'll never ask for your Steam API key or Steam Guard codes, so don't give them to anyone who does.
- Before you confirm a trade in the Steam app, compare the bot's Steam level and join date with what SkinCashier shows you. They should match.
- If a trade offer shows up that you didn't start, decline it. Then revoke your Steam API key and make a new trade URL.
We've written more about the Steam API scam and how to avoid CS2 scams on the blog.
